After an early harvest, we make a pre-fermentative maceration until the desired color is achieved.
After this time, we proceed to the “bleeding” or the division of the must and solid dough, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
Pale salmon-pinkish, almost onion-skin colour.
Very elegant, complex and expresive in the nose, with a huge number of aromas and sensations. Ripe and sweet aromas, with hints of tropical fruit (grapefruit, passion fruit and orange peel).
In the mouth, it is friendly in its volume, greedy, leaving a long and crispy aftertaste.
Serving and Pairing Recommendations
Serving temperature: 11-13ºC. Ideal with aperitifs, cold dishes such as white asparagus, seafood salad, pasta or risotto.
